Fondue Création with Organic Alpine herbs
Flavour: Creamy – Floral– Aromatic
This exclusive recipe is inspired by the extraordinary flora of the Swiss Alps. Our recipe Création with Gruyère AOP with unpasteurised milk, thermised Fribourg Vacherin AOP and pasteurised full-fat Fribourg cheese is refined with a mixture of aromatic Alpine herbs from organic cultivation (parsley, basil, oregano, tarragon, sage, marjoram, thyme, paprika and cayenne pepper).
These aromatic bio herbs come from certified natural collections. They are harvested by mountain farmers in the Swiss Alps and gently dried to preserve all their aromas.
- Rub the Fondue pot with a garlic
- Fill 1.4dl white wine (for 400g cheese) into the fondue pot and turn on the heat
- Add the cheese mixture from the bag, stir well and heat slightly until it starts to boil (max. 73°C)
- Place it on the hotplate over a low flame. Nice to know: Do not let it boil again to keep the perfect texture.
